Processing time is 2–3 business days. After that, U.S. orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Since all bottles are personalized, we cannot change or cancel your order after 12 hours. Please double-check before submitting your design.

Personalized items are final sale. However, if your item is damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. See Return Policy.
