Return Policy

Each product is custom-made just for you. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless:

The item arrives damaged
The product received is incorrect (wrong name, design, or item)

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Standard (non-custom) items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A short description

Once we verify the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund — your choice.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, provided production hasn’t started yet.
