Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping will be available soon.

All personalized orders take 2–3 business days to process before shipping. This includes time to prepare and customize your bottle.

Once your order is processed:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Free Shipping: Available for all U.S. orders over $20

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please allow 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.

If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate the issue.
